   Let me tell you about a case I worked on because back then I was too messed up with not believing that there could be such a thing as police conspiracies. When I wrote what i wrote on the internet it was solely because I knew that arrest was wrongly done & somehow I felt like I needed to speak up. 

   In the Luis Ruiz case the system falsified the evidence that they blasted all over T.V. announcing that they had. This was to show the public they had a reason for that arrest & if you make people believe it then you can usually get away with it . !. They knew that it was fake & at one point i know this led all the way up to the District Attorney office & David Prater himself.. who even signed those papers & gave them that warrent for arrest knowing these facts. 

   During this case does anyone remember the story i had written in "'before the news'".? The one titled "Investigate this" & it shares the fact that on that date that girl was killed that Luis Ruiz was incarcerated & that the reason i knew of this was.., because i had actually learnt that from the Bethany officers themselves before they arrested Luis for that murder.".

   In that case I had learnt that the reason it goes from one place the girl killed., to another place the girl was supposedly killed at., is because the cops were raiding houses & busting them without warrents by using that case for the reason they were able to so. (Because they have to make it look good to the public). Whoever thinks just because its on the news then its true, is stupid,.

   At one point I knew that everyone knew these facts listed on that arrest warrent were fake & there was none of those things they stated they had, but yet they were not letting him out of jail.. Luis told me that they told him that they could not let him out until after elections. . I guess they needed this case to help that & I guess everything the government does is really for elections. I figure this because it was also mentioned that they needed to look like they had caught the killer on this paticular case to help with elections going on at the time.  What I wonder is, if I had not jumped in trying  to change things by blasting some info on the internet.., do you think they planned on letting him go later, or no? 

    When they arrested someone for that murder they stated there was evidence which was not there & that warrent was signed by our District Attorney David Prater. They had fired those 2 police officers but I am sure they get paid leave. I dont think they wanted to fire them anyways because all they did was what police do all the time.  In Oklahoma city nothing is ligit & I am following a case now with forged paperwork, no probable cause established before searching him, & it was obviosly merely a possession found then.  Its all about politics & money, & power. 

   The government & the news is about manipulating the public for thier own power & they keep themselves up but also keep the lower class down. This is what that causes.

This said from our own newspapers on case but I know the facts around this case & he is Guilty of hearsay but not one piece of evidence says he did it.

  

INVESTIGATE THIS: Luis Ruiz was in jail those dates of October 11th & released early morning October 12th.. .

If you wanna check into your investigator skills then find where in October of 2011 "Luis Ruiz" was in jail. Which he was indeed pulled over & taken to jail for a warrent on the day of Oct. 11th & released the next day Oct. 12th. Figure out this senario now & remember to take into account it takes hours before ever booked in or out in Oklahoma county & check out the area of where his car was when he was pulled over.. .

By the way the supposed witness to this video seen on his phone said she never actually did & since there is no such video & also has still never been found & the witness is not a witness but one carrying hearsay she heard 'so she tells me'.                                                                                                                                                                  ---------------------------------------------------------------

The issue of whether or not a video of the murder exists either on a cell phone, or other media is still dangling in the suddenly foul breeze. So far there has been no word as to whether anyone else has seen the video, or if it still exists, or frankly, if it ever did.                                -                                

      IF HE WAS GUILTY DON'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD OF ALREADY FOUND SOME KIND OF EVIDENCE ON HIM LINKING HIM TO THIS & HE WOULD BE IN JAIL ALREADY ALONG WITH THOSE THAT WITNESSES HAD POINTED OUT A YEAR BACK! INSTEAD HE WAS NEVER NAMED BY ANY WITNESS INTERVEIWED DURING THAT TIME A YEAR AGO & NOTHING HAS BEEN FOUND TO LINK HIM EITHER.

They have the evidence against him, but it takes time to build a case against two people as evil as these two.. DNA tests, forensic, doctors, interviews, etc. You never rush into a case until you got a majority of the fact.
Fact: Ruiz has a long criminal history.
Fact: he was threatening Saunders before she was killed via text messages.
Fact: Saunders knew him and that crowd
Fact: Ruiz has multiple people that either witnessed, saw the video, or know about Ruiz dark side.
Fact: they have hand written notes from Massey to another inmate describing how he and Ruiz did it (and with details only the killer would have known such as how the body was wrapped, what type of bag, how they dismembered her..

He's going to fry... that I am 100% sure of. His day is coming! :D

*Your an idiot. What I get from you is that you are going by what is said in a newspaper. If they had these statement from Massey and they involved Luis's name dont you think they would of got Luis in jail 10 months back. They would of found rhythm or reason! Thats what Police do. You think police aren't crooked in that effect? That's how they got him in jail now. Do your research. Its not all that complicated!

*All the stuff going on today is hearsay! And hearsay said by this one girl who is butt hurt. Mindy Cottier was trying to be with Luis as me and him split up. She the one who went saying this to get him in trouble. SAYING she even knew of this video. 

Tia Downour is not a witness to seeing anything! She was only stating what a friend of hers told her. That friend is Mindy! I got conversations between me and Tia on my Facebook messages where we were talking about it and she states that. Not to mention Luis couldn't keep hold of a phone long before he would lose it, I supplied Luis's phone during this so called time back in May plus the month before it and after it. Given that phone number and information to his lawyer.

*Besides they say they found the crime scene and did those forensics
also way back near the time after it happened but nothing still led to Luis. Why do think its been almost a year now and this just coming up?
Its coming up now over this supposed video and the police wanted to reach all his belongings so they could go through them and if you check how this happened it makes no sense. What does his arrest at Sears on the 5th have any to do with raiding his motel room. Which they make it sound like it was Mindy's room they followed her to but what happened is they went to Luis's motel room and have NO good excuse why they raided it. Its all fabricated and illegal and reason why they did it this way, BECAUSE THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO IT OTHERWISE!
Its illegal search and seizure.. .
THEY DONT HAVE PROOF. THEY STILL GOT HIM IN JAIL BECAUSE THEY DONT
KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO TO COVER THIER ASSES AND THEY KNOW THEY NEED TO. Seriously!

All he is arrested for 10 months later was because of this Hearsay of this video coming up. They did not have a video in order to arrest him or raid his room, They did it anyways! Then hoped it would be found but guarentee it wasn't there because its not true silly.. .

I don't give when Ii knoow something ain't right. And I found out then that officers & the law was not about what I thought it was. Never would I not fight against what I know is wrong. And if I shared information it would look bad only on the state of Oklahoma. So instead I just defended Luis like I needed too. U shut the fucck up!

2012 case of Luis Ruiz & Carina Saunders

  When I worked on defending Luis Ruiz a long time ago it was because I knew the reason for all it was because the system was corrupt. 

   It was not only the Bethany Officers who used the Carina Saunders to manipulate the people but the District Attorneys office did as well. 

 Supposedly they needed that case to win elections. The elections were David Prater's.  I know that Derek Chance was Luis Ruiz's lawyer & they mentioned how they could not let him go until after elections. That's because the evidence they blasted on T.V was not true & they knew it & at one point I knew that even David Prater knew it was all fake, but they still had not let him go.  And the elections they were speaking about was because David Prater had just got in trouble for illegal compaign stuff & supposedly they needed to look like they caught that killer to overcross the publicity over that scandel.  I am not sure yet but I been researching to find out now since he is attacking somebody I know because of what i said on him. And I have not even told anybody until now & thats because of case# CF-2018-4243 out of Oklahoma county & its a lie & they trying to put 20 years on him over this stuff I never went public on until now.

   There are many many things I can mention throughout this entire case later but I will cut short at the moment to say that this is the reason they did things later as they did. They needed to show that they found the killer on that case to save the District ATTORNEY'S ass I guess

  I AM NOT REALLY NOT SURE HOW IT WORKED BUT I KNOW THEY ALL KNEW THAT THERE WAS NONE OF THOSE THINGS LISTED FOR REASON  TO ARREST LUIS WRITTEN ON THE WARRENT PRATER SIGNED. AND ATTORNEY DEREK CHANCE WAS HELPING HIM & THATS WHY HE LUIS RUIZ LAWYER ON THAT CASE. AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO LOOK LIKE THEY SOLVED THAT CASE BECAUSE OF ELECTIONS & THAT THEY COULD NOT LET LUIS GO UNTIL AFTER THEM. SPECIFICALLY DEREK CHANCE WAS ONE WHO STATED THIS BUT IT WAS PRATER'S ELECTIONS HE WAS REFERRING TOO.. . ! 

      AND... .
  What the officers had done was they were raiding houses without warrants & using this case as a way to do it, by showing just cause to the public. ITS HARD TO BATTLE WHEN YOUR INCARCERATED. The house on 35th & Harvey was them chasing a drug ring & that's why when it shows arrests as being 4 Mexicans & a large quantity of dope in that house. 

   The case of Carina Saunders was known at the very beginning & the original detective that talked to all the original witnesses, & did all the initial investigating, already knew all the things they needed to know. It somehow disappeared. The reason it disappeared was because the government began going after something else.. .

   As soon as they realized that Jimmy Massey was tied to a drug ring that the F.B.I. had been chasing; then with Bethany Officers it became about that.  (Re-watch the news clips in order on that case & I could see that right there in the beginning.) 

  That's why it goes from already having the killers & the lady who cleaned it up named Rachael, with the evidence of blood & hair to prove it found in the freezer of an apartment, (the apartments off 15th & Portland, I think it was), to SE side of OKC & to 35th and Harvey area. It was really a raid where they busted pounds of dope & 4 Mexican men in that house & it was the drug ring they were chasing, & likely not where any girl died. They said it was because of the case, & the nieghbors said often heard girls screaming, but that was just so they could do illegal things & show cause. All those supposed statements were not real niether.  Thats just what the news is there to convince everybody of.

   Like Tia Downer saying she stayed the night with Luis Ruiz that exact night, & while he was in shower she picked up his cell phone & seen some video. It was a lie because me & Tia Downer were at that motel together & it was not the Bel Aire, but the one across the street from it. Luis had a room at the Bel Aire & as Tia Downer left our motel to head across the street she was confronted by the officers & these were things that the officers were saying. And of course she told detectives this during questioning while Luis Ruiz was in jail.

  Then they "act" like they found the papers of Luis Ruiz being incarcerated... , MONTHS LATER.    When I pulled it up in minutes when I looked for it & I only knew about that because I heard them mention months before he was even arrested. That's not what they were after.. And they threatened him just days before his arrest about getting him for Murder 1. 

   TAKE THOSE 15 YEARS & SHOVE IT ON YOUR POSSESSION CHARGE THAT YOUR TRYING TO PROSECUTE SO ROUGHLY ON OTHER PEOPLE'S & NOT YOUR OWN..,
